KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 2.5 KG 30 MM | Set of 2

KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 2.5 KG 30 MM, set of 2: what they are for

The KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 2.5 KG 30 MM comes as a set of two and is the standard step for most lifts: two 2.5 kg plates make the barbell 5 kg heavier. For bench press, rows, overhead press and curls that is the jump you can make week after week.

Off the bar, the 2.5 kg is also a handy weight for front raises, plate squeezes and Russian twists, with the three grips as a handle.

The plate is 20 cm across and 3 cm thick, with a 30 mm hole, made of solid cast iron with a thick rubber coating, in black. The rubber coating protects the floor and the bar and keeps the plate quiet when you set it down.

A 30 mm hole fits standard bars with a 30 mm sleeve; at KRAKEN that is the bar of the Aerobic Pump Set. Lock the plates with 30 mm barbell collars.

Smaller step? Take the 1.25 kg. More weight? Move up to the 5 kg. The same plate also comes with a 50 mm hole. All sizes are in the weight plates range.
