Returns and Refund Policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

30-day return period

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. This is longer than the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

1. Register your return with us within 30 days of receipt via the contact form, stating your order number and the products you are returning. We will confirm receipt as soon as possible.
2. You then have 14 days to ship or bring the product back to us. Please keep your proof of shipment.
3. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of your registration, using the same payment method. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the standard shipping costs. If the product has not yet arrived by then, we will refund as soon as we have received it.

Return costs and other returns

If you wish to return an item after the 30 days or for another reason, for example a defect, please contact us first so we can offer a solution.

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense. These costs are approximately € 7,25 per parcel; please consult your carrier for exact rates.
• We can purchase return labels at a lower rate. Contact us for a label and the associated costs.
• For packages over 23 kg or longer than 100 cm, please ask about freight/pallet return rates.

How to Return

1. Send an email to contact form and include:
   1. Your order number and that you wish to return your purchase.
   2. The reason for the return.
   3. How you intend to return the item: drop-off yourself, ship with your own label, or ship with our label.
2. Ship or bring the item to the address provided in our reply. Note: the return address may differ from your original delivery address due to storage logistics.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the amount within 14 days as described above.

Conditions

1. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try it out, we may charge for the resulting diminution in value. Please treat the product with care and repackage it securely.
2. If you handle the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., wearing a weight vest during a workout or tearing open the packaging), we may charge for any resulting depreciation in value.
