Dip Belts

A dip belt is a belt with a chain that holds weight plates or a kettlebell, so dips, pull-ups and chin-ups get heavier without a weight vest. KRAKEN has two.

The EVA Weightlifting Dip Belt is made of soft EVA foam and sits comfortably on your hips, with a 93 cm chain including carabiner. The Leather Dip Belt is made of durable leather with a 100 cm metal chain. The weight hangs between your legs, out of the way of the movement.

Once you can do ten to twelve clean dips or pull-ups, a dip belt is the next step: add weight in small jumps, with the plates you already use for your barbell.
