The Olympic Barbell 20 KG is 220 cm long with a black finish, 50 mm sleeves for Olympic plates and a load capacity of 680 kg: the standard for squats, deadlifts and bench press. The Barbell 150 CM is shorter and takes up to 320 kg, handy for curls, rows and overhead press in a smaller space. The Aerobic Pump Set 20 KG is a complete set: a 140 cm bar with plates of 1.25, 2.5 and 5 kg, for pump-style classes at home.

Lock Jaw collars in 30 and 50 mm keep the plates in place. Choose a bar by the hole size of your plates, the length that fits your room and the weight you want to lift in time.
