The KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 5 KG 30 MM comes as a set of two and is the plate most progressions run on: two 5 kg plates make the barbell 10 kg heavier. For squats, deadlifts and rows in the first months, and after that as the step between the 10 and 20 kg.
