KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 1.25 KG 30 MM | Set of 2

KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 1.25 KG 30 MM, set of 2: what they are for

The KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 1.25 KG 30 MM comes as a set of two and is the smallest step you can put on a bar: two 1.25 kg plates make the barbell 2.5 kg heavier. Exactly what you need to move up a little every week on the bench press, overhead press and curls instead of jumping five kilos at a time.

If you are stuck at a weight, 1.25 kg a side usually gets you moving again; without 1.25 kg plates the smallest step on the bar is 5 kg.

The plate is 16.2 cm across and 3 cm thick, with a 30 mm hole, made of solid cast iron with a thick rubber coating, in black. The rubber coating protects the floor and the bar and keeps the plate quiet when you set it down.

A 30 mm hole fits standard bars with a 30 mm sleeve; at KRAKEN that is the bar of the Aerobic Pump Set. Lock the plates with 30 mm barbell collars.

More weight? Move up to the 2.5 kg. The same plate also comes with a 50 mm hole. All sizes are in the weight plates range.
