KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 10 KG 30 MM, set of 2: what they are for

The KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 10 KG 30 MM comes as a set of two and is the main loading plate for squats, deadlifts and rows: two 10 kg plates make the barbell 20 kg heavier. With a pair of 5 and a pair of 2.5 kg alongside, it covers the progression from beginner to intermediate.

The three grips let you lift the plate with one hand and slide it onto the bar without it tipping.

The plate is 32 cm across and 4.5 cm thick, with a 30 mm hole, made of solid cast iron with a thick rubber coating, in black. The rubber coating protects the floor and the bar and keeps the plate quiet when you set it down.

A 30 mm hole fits standard bars with a 30 mm sleeve; at KRAKEN that is the bar of the Aerobic Pump Set. Lock the plates with 30 mm barbell collars.

Smaller step? Take the 5 kg. More weight? Move up to the 20 kg. The same plate also comes with a 50 mm hole. All sizes are in the weight plates range.
