Description
KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 5 KG set of 2, 50 mm: what they are for
The KRAKEN Tri-Grip Weight Plate 5 KG comes as a set of two and is the plate most progressions run on: two 5 kg plates make the barbell 10 kg heavier. For squats, deadlifts and rows in the first months, and after that as the step between the 10 and 20 kg.
Off the bar, the 5 kg is a good weight for plate raises, halos and Russian twists; the three grips sit in the hand like a handle.
The plate is 24.2 cm across and 3.8 cm thick, with a 50 mm hole, made of solid cast iron with a thick rubber coating, in black. The rubber coating protects the floor and the bar and keeps the plate quiet when you set it down.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Precies het juiste
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Goede kwaliteit halterschijven.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
