Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium on orders over €50.

For orders under €50, we charge €6.95 in shipping costs.

Most products ordered Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM are packed and shipped the same day via PostNL or DPD.

For some products, a slightly longer delivery time applies due to weight, size, stock, and carrier conditions.

Please allow an additional day for delivery to Belgium and Germany.

Yes, you can track your order!

You will receive the package tracking code in a separate email (at the latest on the night before the delivery day).

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are unused, unchanged, and in their original condition.

Step-by-step guide:

1. Send an email to contact form indicating the order you wish to return (including order number) and the reason for the return.
2. Deliver or send the order back to the specified address. Note: Due to storage capacity, the return address we provide may differ from the address where you originally received your order.
3. After receiving the return shipment, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the payment method used for the order.

Conditions:

1. The return service aims to provide the same experience as in a physical store: the product must be returned to us unused, unchanged, and in its original condition. Of course, you may inspect and try the product at home as you would in a physical store, but please repack it in the original packaging as you received it.
2. We may charge fees for any depreciation caused by using the item in a way other than you would in a physical store.
3. Report your return within 30 days of receiving your order and send it back within 14 days.

   If you keep part of your order, your original order will be adjusted. If this causes the order total to drop below €50, shipping costs will apply as usual. Ordering two items and returning one to get free shipping is therefore not possible.

Yes, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.

The adjustable dumbbells work with a dial mechanism that allows you to easily adjust the weight. By turning the knob or lever on the side, you select the desired weight. Only the needed plates are locked onto the dumbbell, while the rest remain in the rack. This way, you can quickly switch between different weights during your workout without having to change individual plates. Ideal for home use with limited space.

All dumbbells have ergonomic handles and a high-quality coating for grip and safety.

Choose a combination that suits your training level: beginners often start with one or two 5 kg and 10 kg plates, while advanced users go for heavier weights.

The Kraken Fly SUP 11’0 is a very good choice if you are a beginner and want a light, stable SUP to start with.

The Kraken Dual Layer Fusion Allround SUP Sky 11’0 is a good choice if you want a durable, versatile SUP with a higher carrying capacity and extra accessories.

Our kayak seat can be attached to a SUP with D-rings. This is possible with the:

4. KRAKEN Electric Tent Pump with Battery: Ideal for camping, stops automatically at set pressure, also for vacuuming tents, built-in USB ports.
5. KRAKEN Dual-Action Hand Pump: easy and efficient

Our products come with a 4-week warranty.

Unfortunately, this warranty does not apply in the following situations:

• If the product has been repaired or modified by the consumer or a third party.

• If the product has been exposed to abnormal conditions, handled carelessly, or not used according to the manufacturer’s instructions or packaging.

• If the issue is (partially) the result of government regulations regarding the nature or quality of the materials used.
