Description
KRAKEN Cast Iron Dumbbell Set 20 kg: what it is for
The KRAKEN Cast Iron Dumbbell Set 20 kg is the heaviest of the three adjustable dumbbell sets: two chrome-plated bars of 34 cm with a 3 cm handle, four 2.5 kg plates and four 1.25 kg plates, 20 kg in total. The plates are solid cast iron with a thick rubber coating that protects the floor and keeps the set quiet.
You build each dumbbell to what the exercise asks: light for lateral raises and curls, heavy for rows, presses and goblet squats. With plates of 12 and 16 cm across, the set stays compact and fits under a bench or in a cupboard.
If you want to go higher than this set allows, an adjustable dumbbell takes you to 20, 24, 32 or 40 kg with a twist of the dial, and fixed hex dumbbells run from 1 to 40 kg. Lighter and without plates: the Neoprene Dumbbell Set 12 kg. All sets are in the dumbbell sets range.
Order the KRAKEN Cast Iron Dumbbell Set 20 KG directly from the KRAKEN Sport webshop.

Vriendelijke groet adri-anus T.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Nu 2 weken in gebruik, prima set, geleverd in handige solide koffer. Erg tevreden met deze aankoop!
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Mooie dumbellset in koffer leuke vrolijke kleuren
