Description
Enhance your running workouts with the KRAKEN Running Weight Vest 10 KG. This weight vest is designed to add resistance to your training, improving strength and endurance. Made from high-quality materials, it offers durability and comfort for prolonged use.
KRAKEN Running Weight Vest 10 KG: good to know
For running the vest should sit high and tight on the torso so it does not bounce; make the first runs short and slow, because ten kilos changes your stride. Off the road it doubles as extra load for push-ups, pull-ups and stair work.

Which vest weight fits you?
Rule of thumb: as a beginner, pick about 10% of your body weight and build up gradually. A vest that is too heavy strains your shoulders and lower back.
- Up to 60 kg body weight: 5 kg (beginner) or 10 kg (advanced)
- 60–80 kg: 10 kg (beginner) or 16 kg (advanced)
- 80–100 kg: 10–16 kg (beginner) or 20 kg (advanced)
- Above 100 kg: 16–20 kg, or the Plate Carrier 20 kg
Fit: the vest should sit tight on your torso, not dangle loosely. In doubt between two weights? Choose the lighter one.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars. Sterk materiaal goede pasvorm. Blijft goed zitten tijdens trainen. Top product.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars. Aanpasbaar gewicht. Goede kwaliteit nylon. Goede pasvorm, beweegt niet tijdens training. Zeer tevreden hierover!
