Description
This KRAKEN squat rack is the perfect strength training companion for both beginners and advanced athletes who want to train safely and effectively. Its robust steel frame ensures stability and durability, supporting weights up to 200 kg. With adjustable J-hooks, you can easily set the barbell height to suit your body and the exercise you are performing, including squats, bench presses, and overhead presses.
KRAKEN Squat Rack: good to know
Set the J-hooks so the bar sits just below shoulder height for squats and at chest height when you lie on a bench, and put the safety spotters a few centimetres under the lowest point of the lift. Stand the rack on a level floor; the pull-up bar on top takes the bodyweight work between sets.
