KRAKEN Hand Grip Trainer 10C: good to know
A simple routine: three sets of ten to fifteen slow squeezes per hand at a resistance you can close fully, then one set of ten-second holds at a heavier setting. Set the resistance lower again if the last repetitions get sloppy. Because it weighs next to nothing, it lives in a bag or a drawer and actually gets used.

It measures 10.5 x 17.5 x 2.8 cm, has rubber, anti-slip handles and fits in a pocket, which is the point: grip work is best done often and in short bouts, at your desk, on the train or between sets.
