Description
The KRAKEN Fixed Dip Bars are suitable for training both the upper and lower body. These dip bars (equalizers) enable a wide range of exercises including push-ups, pull-ups, dips, knee raises, L-sits, Planche, handstands, front lever, and back lever. Additionally, the portable design allows you to train wherever and whenever you want!
KRAKEN Fixed Dip Bars: good to know
The bars stand 102 cm high and 72 cm long, far enough apart for dips with a straight body, and the 45 mm tube base keeps them steady under 200 kg. Beginners start with support holds and negative dips; the same pair serves for incline push-ups, bodyweight rows below the bar and L-sit practice.

Rated 2 out of 5 stars. Roest snel. Artikel niet buiten laten liggen, na 1x in de regen te laten is er al veel roest te zien. Kan mogelijks gevaarlijk zijn.
Verder wel een stevig product.
