KRAKEN Exercise Door Handle: good to know
The handle goes over the top of the door on the hinge side, so the door cannot open while you train; close the door and hook your feet under the strap. For sit-ups keep the knees bent, for Nordic hamstring curls kneel on a mat facing away from the door and lower yourself as slowly as you can. It packs flat, so it goes along for training away from home.
