KRAKEN Glute and Reverse Squat Band for Cable Machine

KRAKEN Glute and Reverse Squat Band: what it is for

The KRAKEN Glute and Reverse Squat Band is an ankle strap for the cable machine: a neoprene and nylon cuff of 27 x 10.5 cm that closes around the ankle, with steel rings to clip the cable onto. Clip it on, set the pulley low and you can load the movements that are hard to load any other way.

Glute kickbacks and hip extensions for the glutes; the reverse squat, where you pull the knee up against the cable, for the hip flexors and the lower abs; hip abduction and adduction for the outside and inside of the thigh. Because the cable pulls evenly through the whole movement, the muscle works from start to finish.

The cuff is padded so it does not cut into the ankle when the stack gets heavy, and it fits any cable machine with a standard carabiner. It is sold as one strap; buy two if you want to alternate legs without unclipping. Find it with the other straps, grips and wraps, or use resistance bands if you train without a cable machine.
